The Project Services team has started the new year by implementing PM time tracking in the KBI dashboard. These numbers are then processed in the team's bi-weekly L10 meetings for review. This is in a test phase now. After a few months, we are hopeful to have a good gauge of how much billable time PMs should be entering weekly.

In addition to PM time tracking, PMs are also running reports for their current backlogs to get a good feel for what is out there for current workload and installation forecasting. This information is also shared with the Project Services team in their bi-weekly L10.
